Our state-of-the-art facility utilizes the Kahler system for consistency and control of our blending process. We use stainless steel S-Blenders, P-Mixers and F-Mixers to manufacture custom water-soluble chemical blends, emulsions, and surfactants across a wide range of pH and viscosities. Equipment
S-Blender
- The S-Blender uses high-velocity to homogenize raw materials into products. It is designed to blend up to 4,700 gallons of bulk product per run with a run time of 1.25 hours.
P-Mixer
- This mixer uses impact to blend raw material. It has a capacity of 1,500 gallons of bulk product per run with a run time of 1 hour.
F-Mixer
- Designed to blend up to 6,600 gallons of bulk product per run the F-Mixer uses agitation to mix raw materials into finished product. It has a run time of 1 hour to blend bulk-offloaded product.
